I passionately (and obsessively) grow a large collection of hoyas in my "shop not shop (now state of Missouri Dept of Ag greenhouse certified 🥳)," as well as an outdoor greenhouse, located in Southwest Missouri. I have been compulsively growing hoyas for about 6 years and pride myself on growing beautiful, healthy plants. My "shop not shop" does not have open business hours, but if you are ever in the area and would like to visit, let me know! 🌿 Kali’s Greenhouse – Shop Guidelines Ships from Missouri via UPS 3-Day (default). Shipping days are Monday–Wednesday. 2-Day and Overnight upgrades are available in the shop. -Winter shipping includes insulation; double insulation is strongly recommended for daytime temps below 35°F and must be purchased separately. -Heat packs must be purchased for daytime temps below 40°F or the live arrival guarantee is void. -Hold orders and shipping upgrades must be purchased separately if needed. -Any shipping overages will be refunded. 🌱 Live Arrival Guarantee When shipping plants, some leaf yellowing or dropping is inevitable. I guarantee live arrival only if all requirements are met: -UPS 2-Day or Overnight shipping is used -For temps below 45°F, plants must be brought inside within 30 minutes of delivery -Heat pack required for temps below 40°F -Unboxing photos or video provided -Proof of damage within 4 hours of delivery -USPS shipments are not covered by the live arrival guarantee If plants arrive in poor condition and requirements are met, I will provide a replacement of equal value (if available) or a refund.
